Codie will be attending college every Thursday for his Property Maintenance training with The Spark Group in Stoke-on-Trent, and spending the rest of the week on site with our trades, getting hands-on experience across our projects.

We're training him up as a future Site Manager and can already see huge potential in him!

Supporting the Next Generation

To kick off his training, Alexandra spent some time at The Spark Group HQ completing Codie's registration. She had a tour of the classrooms and workshops, met other students, and was thoroughly impressed by the facilities and approach.
